In plain words
If the book isn’t for you, email us within 7 days of buying it and you get every cent back. You don’t need to give a reason.
How to ask
Email hello@richardbutler.com from the address you used at checkout, or include that address in your message, with the date of purchase. That is all we need.
How long it takes
We approve refunds within two working days. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with; your bank may take a further 5–10 working days to show it.
After 7 days
Because the book is a digital download, we can’t take it back after the 7-day window. If something is wrong with your file, write to us at any time and we will send you a working copy.
